2009-2010 RECORD OF PAYMENT FORM

Registration for the Kirkland Lake Minor Hockey Association will take place Tues Sept 8, Wed Sept 9, Thur Sept 10, Fri Sept 11 and Mon Sep 14 2009 at the complex from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

First year players will need to bring a copy of their birth certificate, and that players registering from from another association or center need to bring a "residential Questionnaire" with them.

Athlete Financial Assisstance - for families that can not afford to have their children in an organized sport.
